  GINA, this message is for you, the apparent “manager” of this location. She needs to be demoted or sent to repeat training. If I could give her a -100, I would. I was frankly flabbergasted at how she treated me. I have spent a lot of money at Alo, and I have the highest status level. And to be treated as aggressively and rudely as GINA did, is unacceptable! I simply asked to speak with her about a gift certificate I had that the other employee, who was also not very helpful, was not able to enter in the system, GINA came to the counter and responded very aggressively and said she was “trying to help” and to “get the phone out of her face”… All I did was show her the screen so she could see the code! It’s like she was angry and I was not rude at all. I simply told her her reaction was ridiculous and walked out the store, leaving the jacket that I was going to purchase and asked for her name. I have called ALO corporate and filed a complaint, I will be sending emails as well to store owners and the franchise. This is unacceptable and she needs to be reprimanded for this classless behavior. You are not better than your customers just because you work at ALO. I do not need a coupon, I just need her to change her ways and realize that she cannot treat customers that way. Simply unbelievable.

  My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience at ALO thanks to Blen. She was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. Blen took the time to understand what we were looking for, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made the entire shopping experience feel effortless and enjoyable. Hands down, Blen is an incredible sales associate and a true asset to the store. We will definitely be back because of her!

  Customer service rated at a - 10. Upon arriving into the store, we were pressured Upon trying on clothes, the rude associate with a language barrier treated me horribly as if I wasn’t a high paying customer. My experience with customer service upon first experience at this alo all store or any alo store was very negative and unwelcoming and I will never be returning again.

  Wow! My experience here was nothing short of easy, efficient, and warming. My girlfriend loves athletic wear and I figured alo would be a good first stop, but guessed I may need to stop at other places. Lo and behold, I left this location very pleased and not needing to go anywhere else. Maria was the warm light on a humid and rainy day that helped me get the right Christmas gift for my girlfriend. She knew exactly how to help me find what I was looking for and really cared about me as a shopper. For anyone stopping by, ask for her and you will be far from disappointed! I’ll definitely be back for holiday shopping next year. :)
