  Horrible customer service. They make it impossible to return or exchange items. I was in store few days ago looking for a specific item that was out of stock in Dadeland. I asked if Merrick had the item and the employee told me to call the Merrick store. Wow!

  I brought 2 pair of shorts on line they were in there package until Dec 24 I went to Dadeland mall to return the shorts it was not a good fit for my son. The manager at this location was smelling the shorts I was extremely bothered, I asked what’s the problem she said they smell like food, as I said earlier they were in a nylon packing in a room away from kitchen. I don’t know who this woman think she is. Do NOT go to this Dadeland location especially w this manager Lily. She should not be working in retail.

  This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I placed an order of over $500 online for in-store pickup, went to the ALO store in Dadeland, and was treated with nothing but disrespect and attitude. The sales associates were rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care about helping customers — especially anyone who didn’t make their purchase in-store. To make things even worse, they refused to give me my order and told me to cancel it instead. Absolutely unbelievable. The manager and staff at this location should not be working in retail. They have zero professionalism, zero accountability, and zero customer service skills. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a brand I actually liked — until now. ALO needs to seriously reevaluate who they hire to represent their company. I’ll never shop at this location again, and I’ll think twice before ever buying from ALO at all.
