  I will be escalating this to corporate. I have honestly never felt so disrespected in my life — especially at a store where I spend A LOT of money. I was simply trying to find a size when “Martin,” the manager, approached me and said, “¿Estás tratando de conseguir una talla?” I said yes, assuming he was offering to help. Instead, he continued by saying, “Let me find you the size — you’re making a mess. (“desarmando”. For the record, I was absolutely not making a mess. I was so shocked that I kept asking him why he was being so rude. You can check the cameras — you’ll clearly see from my reaction that I was in disbelief over how I was being spoken to. This experience was incredibly disappointing and unacceptable. Again, i’ll be escalating this. SO RUDE.

  Horrible customer service. They make it impossible to return or exchange items. I was in store few days ago looking for a specific item that was out of stock in Dadeland. I asked if Merrick had the item and the employee told me to call the Merrick store. Wow!

  I brought 2 pair of shorts on line they were in there package until Dec 24 I went to Dadeland mall to return the shorts it was not a good fit for my son. The manager at this location was smelling the shorts I was extremely bothered, I asked what’s the problem she said they smell like food, as I said earlier they were in a nylon packing in a room away from kitchen. I don’t know who this woman think she is. Do NOT go to this Dadeland location especially w this manager Lily. She should not be working in retail.
