  The sales associate was very professional and friendly, also very knowledgeable about the products. I was disappointed at the store’s low stock of Omega watches, but ultimately decided on one. I was given the one I was shown, and although I know it’s new there’s something about getting a brand new one with all the seals for the purchaser to remove. The watch was perfectly wrapped for gift giving, but there was a mishap with the watch warranty missing as it was explained that it was given to a different purchaser by mistake. They will reissue the warranty and let me know when it arrives, an additional inconvenience having to go pick it up in several weeks. Sure hope my husband loves the watch as the purchase experience was very stressful. They asked the security guard to walk me to my car for safety, which I was very appreciative of.
