  We had a really great experience at Mayor’s Miami Dadeland. From the moment we walked in, everything felt calm, welcoming, and very professional, truly pure class. George Valvis assisted us, and he was a pleasure to deal with. He’s very knowledgeable about the brands and explains everything in a clear, easy way. What stood out most was his approach, relaxed, not pushy at all, and very service-minded, which made the entire experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. It was also nice to learn that he has lived in Aruba before, which made the interaction feel even more personal. A very nice experience. George, thank you again for everything, you were amazing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I’ve purchased luxury watches from several locations across South Florida, but nothing compares to the experience at Mayors in Dadeland. From Sales Manager Vivian to George Valvis.. truly the best AD in town and the entire team was exceptional. The personal touch, red-carpet treatment, and genuine hospitality are unmatched. You can walk in simply browsing and leave feeling like family, which says everything about the level of care they provide. A special thank you to George for making dreams come true. My new Wimbledon date just arrived just in time for the Miami Open, and I couldn’t be more excited for the match we are attending next week. My fiancée and I are already looking forward to our next visit. Christmas came late this year lol. Blessings and thank you again. Adelante!

  I had a wonderful experience at the Mayors Store at Dadeland Mall purchasing my Cartier watch. The service was truly exceptional. George and Liz were both spectacular — incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. They made me feel very well taken care of and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. From the moment I walked in, they created a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere that made the entire experience memorable. Buying a watch should feel special, and thanks to George and Liz, it absolutely did.   Just had a flawless watch purchasing experience at Mayors in Dadeland. Polo, my sales associate, was incredible—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping me find the perfect piece. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I also want to highlight how friendly and accommodating the management team was. You can really tell they care about their customers and go out of their way to make the experience special. If you’re looking for great service, I highly recommend visiting Mayors at Dadeland and asking for Polo. Top-tier service all around!

  I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dadeland Mayors for my dream watch, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. When I arrived, George Valvis made me feel truly valued. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were outstanding. He didn’t rush the process or treat it like a simple transaction. He made it an experience. He took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident and excited. The level of personal service was next level. Joe also made sure I was well taken care of throughout the entire visit. He ensured everything was seamless and that I felt valued as a client. You can tell he takes pride in delivering a premium experience and making sure every detail is right. Walking out with my dream watch was an incredible feeling, but what really made it memorable was how I was treated. This is exactly what a Rolex experience should feel like: professional, personal, and first class from beginning to end.
