  I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dadeland Mayors for my dream watch, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. When I arrived, George Valvis made me feel truly valued. His professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were outstanding. He didn’t rush the process or treat it like a simple transaction. He made it an experience. He took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident and excited. The level of personal service was next level. Joe also made sure I was well taken care of throughout the entire visit. He ensured everything was seamless and that I felt valued as a client. You can tell he takes pride in delivering a premium experience and making sure every detail is right. Walking out with my dream watch was an incredible feeling, but what really made it memorable was how I was treated. This is exactly what a Rolex experience should feel like: professional, personal, and first class from beginning to end.

  Over multiple visits, my experiences with George Valvis at Mayor’s in Dadeland Mall have all been absolutely wonderful from start to finish, and I truly feel this is the best Mayor’s location, thanks to the outstanding leadership of Joe Reyna. George isn’t just knowledgeable. He’s genuinely passionate about every timepiece and piece of jewelry he shares, especially Rolex and Cartier watches, as well as the exquisite Roberto Coin designs exclusive to Mayor’s. What truly sets George apart is his thoughtful approach. He shares the story, artistry, and history behind each piece, turning the shopping experience into something deeply personal and engaging. During one of my visits he helped me select a beautiful bracelet by Roberto Coin from the Love in Verona collection, taking the time to understand my style and what the piece would mean to me, which made the choice feel truly special. On my most recent visit, George has been helping me plan the ultimate surprise for my husband with a special piece, and I absolutely can't wait to see his reaction. Thanks to these experiences, I now ask for George by name and highly recommend working with him. Lastly, hopefully my husband doesn't stumble across this review before his surprise piece is revealed....If you are reading this, act surprised!

Polo guided me through the details of my 36mm stainless steel Rolex Datejust with incredible attention and care. He took the time to explain the smooth bezel, the stunning green index dial, and the classic Date function at the 3 o’clock position. The stainless steel bracelet fits perfectly and feels both elegant and timeless — exactly what I was looking for. What truly stood out was Polo’s patience and expertise. He made the entire process smooth, comfortable, and exciting without ever feeling pressured. His customer service was top-tier, and he made this purchase feel special and memorable.
