- SPSergio PenalverApr 26, 20264.0Staff was ready to help while on the floor. So friendly. However, girl on the register shouldn't hold up the line because the person paying was waiting for other options of shoes that she should have done from the isles. They were radioing to someone on the floor to look for a particular style WHILE the woman paying waited at the register. While all this was going on, the girl at the register used the 10 to 15 minutes to answer store phone calls while this was happening. Meanwhile the line kept getting longer and longer. All she had to do was put the woman's items to the side until her situation was resolved, while allowing the line to flow. Its not rocket science. Finally, someone opened the 2nd register which allowed the line to flow while register 1 continued to wait for someone on the floor to find whatever the heck the person was waiting for. Other then that, store was clean and appeared organized.

She didn’t even say good morning nor did she acknowledge anybody. Once inside, I needed to complete a return for an online order, it wasn’t until a few minutes of me struggling to find the email that the employee told me she can look it up through my phone number. I was like: are you serious?! Why wouldn’t you ask for my phone number since the beginning. Common sense and common decency is not so common anymore.

En pésima forma y mala actitud para nada profesional. Lastimosamente una tienda con tan buena calidad de productos , tengan empleados tan mal educados.Por mi parte no regreso nuevamente. Ojala y la dirección pueda ver esto y así hagan una mejor elección de personal para trabajar en dicho lugar
