  It’s a decent spot, but it feels like it’s missing a few key elements to make it a "must-visit." ​What Could Be Improved: ​Family-Friendly: It definitely needs more activities or amenities for kids. If you’re coming with the little ones, there isn't much to keep them occupied. ​Pricing: The prices aren't the cheapest I’ve seen. You can definitely find better deals elsewhere if you’re on a budget. ​Shopping: Disappointed that there isn't a factory store on-site for better discounts or a wider selection. ​Summary: Fine for a quick stop, but don't expect a bargain or a full family day out.

  Melany was the best! I came with a bad manicure from another location and she took her time to make sure my nails looked great. She was also really sweet, 10/10 service!

  A classic spot in Miami for a complete shopping experience. Dadeland Mall offers variety, convenience, and a lively atmosphere that makes it perfect whether you go alone, with family, or with friends. It’s well organized, with great dining options and stores for every taste. A great place to spend the day comfortably and find everything in one spot.

  Mall security extremely unhelpful. I requested a jumpstart and the guard just connected the cables for a couple of minutes to my drained battery and he then considered it unusable. He made excuses that most cars will turn on immediately. It’s obvious he has no experience with cars. I know for a fact that if the battery is drained, it can take at least 5 minutes of charging to get it to a working state.

  I’ve always been a big fan of Apple products… but honestly, not always a fan of the in-store service. Sometimes it feels easier to just buy online than to come into the store. But today was different. Keila helped me—her energy, attitude, and willingness to figure things out, even when she didn’t have all the answers, was honestly impressive. And toward the end, Lucas also stepped in and stayed on top of everything, making sure things went smoothly. She made the experience enjoyable… and I actually ended up buying more than I planned. So credit where it’s due—this was great service. And shoutout to the manager too… because people like them make the difference. Take good care of Keila… or I might just end up recruiting her for my company. It’s not Apple, but I definitely need someone like her if I ever want to get close to that level.
