  I have shopped at chanel all over the world and this location is by far the worst customer service ever. I purchased a limited edition bag for 19k, 1k loafers, and many pairs earrings from here. I have gave this location many chances since it is 5minutes from my house but I am over it. The customer service is ATROCIOUS, if you want amazing customer service go to Louis Vuitton down the street. So much better!

  Harry M. is a true gem to this store! I had a minor situation, and once Harry got involved, he guided me through the process and resolved it quickly. This is the only Chanel store I’ve shopped at that offers such a high level of customer service. I will definitely be back!

  A mi parecer Chanel ya dejo de ser una marca de lujo, la calidad de sus productos es pésima y la atención es aún peor, en este local especialmente la atención fue deplorable, la única persona que nos saludo al entrar fue el guardia y la persona que nos ayudo a buscar un objeto puntual fue una persona que limpia, debi pedir por ayuda pero la atención fue tan mala que desistí de comprar...una lástima Chanel era una de mis marcas favoritas. Si quieren ir de todas formas vayan Chanel Bal Harbour allí aun tienen atención al cliente como prioridad.

  I bought a new handbag at Chanel Miami Design District (Brian), only to find out at home in Belgium it is a damaged bag. The leather handle has been worn off and the back has dimples on it. They told me I can go worldwide for 5 years with it. But only one week after purchase, the boutique in Belgium, Antwerp, sends me away because I didnt buy it there. I had to drive to Brussels who are having a look. This is insane! I buy a brand new unworn purse at Chanel and it is damaged and no one in Chanel is helping me. For this quality, the service should be a lot better. I am contacting a lot of people from Chanel and driving for days and everyone sends me away. This cannot be true for a store like Chanel

  Seriously, the worst shopping experience one can have. I just find it unacceptable to be forced to wait outside for a long time to be allowed to go into the boutique. Others may be fine with it but not me :)
