  I recently visited this Alo location in Miami...I was help by this tall guy name Diamond and he was wonderful and he really knew his product. There was this other person that I was trying to get to help me at first, and he really didn't wanted to help me with an attitude. When I asked another Alo employee who that guy was, they told me that he was the store manger. If it wasn't for Diamond, my friend and I would have left empty handed without making a purchase.

  Great experience at Alo! Zach was really helpful very knowledgeable about the brand and made the visit super pleasant!

  It was a really bad shopping experience. The salespeople treated you like you were dirt. It felt like you had to beg them to sell you clothes. This is not how a specialty store should be.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Alo store in the Miami Design District. There were many employees in the store, yet I waited about 10 minutes just to pick up my online order. The cashier who helped me was very rude and unfriendly. She never greeted me, never looked at me, and didn’t thank me for my purchase. I also needed to exchange part of the pants from my order, and the interaction was exactly the same — cold and unprofessional. Customer service is a big part of the shopping experience, and unfortunately the staff here clearly needs better training in basic courtesy and customer care.
