  I walked into Alo today and was hoping to buy something. I was heavily surveilled which ultimately lead to me not purchasing anything. I’ve never felt so weird while shopping before. Please do better!

  I visited the Brickell location and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, there was a large group occupying most of the fitting rooms, yelling and holding the rooms for a very long time. It created a very chaotic environment and made it difficult for other customers to try on items. Martina seemed to be in charge of the fitting room area, but the situation was not managed at all. She repeatedly mentioned that it wasn’t her fault and that there was nothing she could do, which was frustrating to hear as a customer. I understand that busy moments happen, but I do believe staff can politely ask customers to be respectful of others—especially when it comes to not occupying fitting rooms indefinitely or yelling as if they were in a nightclub. It was honestly headache-level noise. I normally shop at the Design District location and the experience there is always great. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst Alo shopping experience I’ve had.

  I don’t know why this Alo gets bad reviews. Everyone in there was very pleasant and helpful. We came in right as they were closing to do multiple exchanges and Andrea and Luz were super nice and took great care of us. Don’t let the bad reviews discourage you from coming here to shop!

  Poor customer service and disappointing quality. The manager is pushy, constantly offering shoes and claiming a “new collection,” but everything looks the same every week. They also make you feel like you’re being followed around. The staff at the register, entrance, and fitting rooms are amazing, but the overall experience is ruined by management.
