  Its now 8:45 pm and I'm still waiting for my order to be delivered. I paid $70 for my order and it's still "1 stop away". The location is 3 miles from my house and cannot have the order delivered when it was supposed to be delivered. Im very upset!

  I am very disappointed with the service of this facility. This is the second time I place an order for my wife and it does not get delivered. Last year on valentine's 2025 and now this year, 2026. For anyone trying to get their loved one a present or surprise for valentine's.Make sure you go pick it up if you decide on going.They simply don't care, your just another cash out they don't care about the results.

  I had an awful experience with this store and will NEVER shop with Edible Arrangements again. I placed two separate orders on April 29th for Mother's Day—one for my mother and another for my mother-in-law. Neither order was delivered, and I wasn't notified until two days after Mother's Day, when I received a call saying, "Hey, we never delivered your order." I placed these orders well over two weeks in advance, and not a single one was delivered. I hope the owner of this franchise reads this and understands that this is not how to conduct business. I have been a loyal customer for a long time, but now I won't shop at your store or any Edible Arrangements ever again. There is no excuse for what happened. A phone call, text, or voicemail on Mother's Day would have been enough for me to make other arrangements. But your store did none of these. Shame on you. It's clear why you have a 3-star rating out of 5. Perhaps consider taking a course on business management because this is unacceptable.
