- RJRonald Jolly JrAug 14, 20251.0Needless to say like many of the other reviews I placed an order with this location to have an arrangement and several other items delivered for my mother's birthday at her job and need less to say they didn't even arrive before her office closed at 5pm and mind you I did note in the order that this was going to a business that promptly closes. Additionally the bouquet of flowers and fruit arrive wilted, soggy and seeming like they've been in a hot delivery van all day. Do your drivers not deliver these orders in a refrigerated vehicle? This is food and fruit that's supposed to be kept cold. Additionally, flowers that are supposed to be kept cold or at a certain temperature and cake which icing melts in hot sun. This has been my worst experience ever with edible arrangements and I've ordered multiple times in the past. As a result she had to stay behind an additional 30 minutes after closing for the driver to arrive and deliver what most would have expected to be a lunch time delivery. Additionally they called to advise that they would be arriving late 10 minutes prior to 5pm. Side Note to management if you don't have enough delivery drivers to cover the orders that you receive, I would suggest either not taking as many orders and declining more maybe possibly rerouting them to a store that can handle the volume or reduce your delivery area to something more manageable for your location because setting false expectations to multiple customers is no way to do business. And mind you this was not a holiday or weekend where you would expect them to be heavily/overbooked it was a normal Thursday in August. Needless to say, I will no longer be ordering from this location and may even second-guess ordering from edible arrangements at all. This has been absolutely ridiculous and to anyone who thinks on ordering from here in the future you've been warned.
