  Mi experiencia con Bachi Jewels fue muy negativa. Llevé varias prendas esperando un trabajo profesional y lamentablemente ocurrió todo lo contrario. Durante el proceso, mis manillas de oro fueron manipuladas fuera de mi vista, lo cual me generó incomodidad. El señor Luis se las llevó a la parte de atrás y, al devolverlas, estaban claramente talladas y dañadas, quedando arruinadas por completo. Además, las pruebas de oro realizadas no parecían ser correctas ni profesionales. No hubo cuidado con mis piezas ni responsabilidad por los daños causados. El trato y la forma de trabajar dejaron mucho que desear. Mi percepción es que el negocio se enfoca más en vender joyería económica y no cuenta con la experiencia necesaria para manejar piezas de valor. No recomendaría esta joyería bajo ninguna circunstancia. Tengan mucho cuidado si deciden llevar prendas importantes.

  I stopped by today to check a gold piece. they were super rude from the beginning not really acknowledging me. i have checked pieces a million times before but i came here because i was close. they took the bracelet to the back and came back with my bracelet damaged and a different color. i had taken it twice to other places and it was tested and confirmed it was 18k gold. This place is terrible and so are the owner/workers. save your time and dont come here. they damage anything that is not purchased in the store.

  Mi esposo compro un regalo para mi en esta tienda la joya no me gustó y no quisieron reembolsar el dinero. Sin embargo me obligaron a escoger algo de la tienda (cuál de todas las joyas anillos, pulseras, aros era más fea?) tuve que escoger algo que no me gustaba solo porque ellos me obligaron.

  Bachi Jewels is my go-too jewelry store and it has been for years. All of us locals know that if we need jewelry repaired, a special gift, or we want to treat ourselves, this is our place. This is particularly important in a touristy place where businesses come and go—you should always go where the locals go!!
