  So happy with the quality of the craftsmanship at Bachi Jewelers. The only jeweler I trust in Miami for repairs and adjustments. The team is super helpful and they have my pieces ready ahead of the promised date!

  I had a link removed from my watch and, and my battery replaced. They were quick, very communicative, and did a great job with my watch. Not to mention, the woman who helped me was incredibly kind and professional! I highly recommend them.

  From start to finish, every aspect of our experience with the Bachi team was extraordinary! They expertly repaired, sized and spotlessly polished my baguette ring enhancer my now husband got me to complement my grandmother's engagement ring.   Amazing quality service - perfect attention to details, immaculate customer service. Timely delivery. Friendly kind staff and perfect end product. I had multiple rings sized, one very delicate antique ring repaired with a new diamond to match the old diamonds, as well as several necklaces. I could not be happier and highly recommend family-owned Bachi!!

  I walked into Bachi Jewels on March 13th hoping to find a decent gold chain. They put it on my neck right there in the store, gave me the receipt and sent me out wearing it. No box, no authenticity certificate — nothing. All I had was the receipt clearly stating “NO REFUND – EXCHANGE ONLY”. When I returned a few days later to exchange it for something heavier (a thicker chain or bracelet for the same amount), I wasn’t asking for money back, just a fair swap. The owner immediately got defensive and refused, claiming it was “used”. They even showed me the security video where the employee asked if I wanted to wear it out. They literally created the situation and then used it against me. I later weighed the chain: only 8.5 grams of 14k gold. With current gold prices, the melt value is around $720–$760. I paid more than a thousand dollars extra for “design” and “service”. I work in hospitality, and this is absolutely not how you handle customer issues. If they had been the honest and professional store they pretend to be in their other reviews, they could have easily: Provided a proper certificate of authenticity and the original box when I paid nearly $1,800. Honored the “EXCHANGE ONLY” written on the receipt instead of hiding behind excuses and a video. Offered a reasonable exchange for heavier solid gold pieces so I actually got real value. • Treated me with basic respect instead of getting rude and defensive. Instead, I was given the runaround and left feeling like just another sale. What really disgusted me was the behavior of the Swiss owner. While I was calmly trying to explain the problem, she turned rude and dismissive. When I asked about the box they never gave me, she threw it across the counter with obvious contempt, as if she was mocking me. Then she turned her back and walked away without saying another word. Zero professionalism and zero respect. For someone selling jewelry at these prices, basic courtesy should be the minimum. If you’re considering buying gold jewelry here, think twice. There are many better and more honest shops on Washington Ave that actually stand behind their products and treat customers like people, not just wallets.
