This store needs a lesson on customer service!!!
Especially in the clothing department, I was purchasing a dress that was marked on Clarence with a significant discount and it was perfect the event I had. I brought to the count to be purchased along with a very expensive watch we were buying. The lady had trouble with the system brining up Clarence price so she called someone over, I heard the name “amber” but I’m sure on her name. I explained I didn’t switch the tags and it was on the huge sales rack along with other dresses and it was the only one in the store. She proceeded to be rude make to me and state “I know what you’re saying and you can’t have it”. Then proceeded to put it back on the clothing rack a few minutes later with the sales tag still on. She was not polite at all and had a very rude attitude. If she simply would have said I’m sorry but I can’t not sale it for XYZ reason then there would have been no issue.

I just wanted to recognize one of your employees, Romaine, in the jewelry department. He was extremely personable and friendly and was attentive to us while helping my boyfriend choose a necklace for me. Most of the time salesmen or women are very harrassing and aggressive but with Romaine it was just the opposite. He made good suggestions and even explained the meaning of the necklace that I chose. We also left a survey review but we forgot to mention his name in the survey. Nowadays it’s hard to find great customer service with a smile so I hope the company values him for this. We will definitely be back for future purchases!!

Because the pants I wanted weren't available I had to pay almost $8 shipping....AND because the website lied about the size, when i returned the pants to the store I DID NOT GET THE COST OF SHIPPING REFUNDED!!! The website said they run large, NOT!!
Got an email to call for further assistance and EVERYTIME I CANNOT COMMUNICATE FUE TO LANGUAGE BARRIER. When I call back, same thing! I just want the $16+ back for shipping!!!
