A pair caught my eye and Janysse was nice enough to say she'd hold them for me for when I returned with my wife. I did return, and Janysee and Heidi went to work assisting my wife with finding a pair for her. This is tough, because we don't shop for ourselves, but these women were good. No pressure, no rushing, just a thorough process of elimination and sound advice. They found a pair my wife absolutely loves and we both left with smiles on our faces. I don't think I've ever been happier to spend $400. I can't thank these ladies enough, and I feel very lucky to have them as our local associates. 10 out of 10 all the way!
