  I must say, I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I popped in while waiting for my wife to have her haircut, and I wasn't expecting to buy anything. A pair caught my eye and Janysse was nice enough to say she'd hold them for me for when I returned with my wife. I did return, and Janysee and Heidi went to work assisting my wife with finding a pair for her. This is tough, because we don't shop for ourselves, but these women were good. No pressure, no rushing, just a thorough process of elimination and sound advice. They found a pair my wife absolutely loves and we both left with smiles on our faces. I don't think I've ever been happier to spend $400. I can't thank these ladies enough, and I feel very lucky to have them as our local associates. 10 out of 10 all the way!

  Nice experience! The store looks great and has a really good selection. Heidi and Donna were super friendly and helpful — they helped me try on different pairs and even cleaned my glasses for me. Just visiting the area, but they made me feel really welcome. Really happy I stopped by!

  I love this store! Beth helped me out and was very professional and friendly. It was an overall very pleasant experience and I will definitely be buying more sunglasses here!

  Two recent experiences afford this location in the Viera Avenues a low rating… and mind you, this is the first time I have EVER had to give any rating below 4-5star. The first time I came to this location three days ago, the female representative was extremely rude, unprofessional, reluctant to help, and seemed bothered by me being there. Her knowledge on exactly what constitutes “aviator glasses”, was appallingly lacking. Fast forward to three days later…. (today) and although the store is listed to be open from 10 AM onward……it is now 1130 and I have sat here for 20 minutes waiting for somebody to come unlock the door or open up the store. All the lights appear to be on, but nobody is home. Three potential clients have tried to bring there potential purchase to the store and I’ve had to walk away. I’m not sure what’s going on here but some major overhaul to what constitutes customer service and accessibility needs to be re-examined by management.
