  Drove 15 minutes to go redeem a coupon for a free item that I just got in my email on Tuesday and was told it was expired and they would not honor it, even though there is no expiration date on it and I just got the email that shows there is no expiration date. Guy was rude about and refused to do anything other than tell us no. Will no longer be giving them our money. Horrible customer service

  This is not what I remember edible arrangements being. Strawberry was borderline rotten, chocolate tasted as if it was mixed in with some chemicals, venue was piping hot. You can’t charge a premium and offer subpar products. Please let me know if your location has improved on its quality. By far the worst edible arrangement location I’ve been to.

  Placed an order for a small arrangement for my dad a week in advance. Mind you, I'm in Ocala area, and my dad is is Titusville... This was for my dad's 67th birthday. No notification for delivery was made, so the initial delivery attempt was missed. Took me calling multiple times to get a him on the phone, to get it "rescheduled". Called again around 4pm to be told another delivery could maybe be made by 6pm... Well that came and went, now they are closed! Out nearly $100 for shoddy customer service. And no way to get the money back! Don't fall for it y'all.

  Do not order at this location! I can't speak for the company as a whole but I had a horrible experience at this location in Melbourne, FL. I placed an order the morning of 12/24 and paid extra for same day delivery. Later that day I received a text saying due to sales volume, they wouldn't be able to deliver that day and can do it Friday instead and throw in extra dipped fruit. I understand it's the holidays so I wasn't upset at that, I just asked if I could get a refund on the money I paid extra for delivery that day since it would be delayed. They said not a problem. Well Friday came and the order was never delivered. I saw they refunded me, but didn't refund the full amount. I tried calling every day, left voicemails, reached out to the corporate phone number, filling out the help ticket on the website, and even texting the number back that told me it would be delayed. No response. Finally two weeks later someone happens to answer and says that another person called saying they didn't get the full refund either but there's no manager and they don't know what to do about it. I ended up going through my credit card company and disputed the charges to get the difference in cost. They are scammers! Beware!
