- BGBrystle GuyJan 5, 20261.0Do not order at this location! I can't speak for the company as a whole but I had a horrible experience at this location in Melbourne, FL. I placed an order the morning of 12/24 and paid extra for same day delivery. Later that day I received a text saying due to sales volume, they wouldn't be able to deliver that day and can do it Friday instead and throw in extra dipped fruit. I understand it's the holidays so I wasn't upset at that, I just asked if I could get a refund on the money I paid extra for delivery that day since it would be delayed. They said not a problem. Well Friday came and the order was never delivered. I saw they refunded me, but didn't refund the full amount. I tried calling every day, left voicemails, reached out to the corporate phone number, filling out the help ticket on the website, and even texting the number back that told me it would be delayed. No response. Finally two weeks later someone happens to answer and says that another person called saying they didn't get the full refund either but there's no manager and they don't know what to do about it. I ended up going through my credit card company and disputed the charges to get the difference in cost. They are scammers! Beware!

We placed an order on 12/23 for guaranteed delivery on 12/24. This was an over $100 order and we tipped 20% additionally in advance. The order never arrived, no attempt was made and they never contacted us. I have been trying to get a refund since then via calling the local store and leaving voicemails (no response), calling the corporate number and leaving voicemails (no response), emailing, filling out the help ticket online multiple times which falsely states “guaranteed satisfaction, hassle-free”, and DMing on Instagram and Facebook, all with no response. I have seen so many other reviews online where others have experienced the same. We ended up having to go through our credit card company to dispute the charge and get our money back. This company may have used to have a good reputation but is just awful now.

- CGChristina GrahamDec 19, 20251.0Wish I had read the reviews before placing the order. I was excited about the cookie/cupcake/balloon gift I sent to my son in FL from (me) WI for his Birthday. Here's how it went down... The delivery person, whom I tipped "with the order" (big mistake) got LOST (have no idea how...he lives in a gated apartment complex) and could not even find the COMPLEX. She called my son, and he ended up having to meet her in a random PARKING LOT nearby and she dug his order out of a cooler in her trunk. Although he enjoyed the cookies/cupcakes, there was NO BALLOON, which was actually the reason I picked THIS particular gift, as it came with a Birthday Balloon! Then, the extra $5.99 I payed for the personalized greeting card where I typed out a sweet birthday note from his Dad and I AND uploaded a pic of him, which was supposed to be on the front of the cute card I picked out online, was a WASTE. He never got a personalized card. I have uploaded the "card" he got with coupons in it for future purchases. I sent this same type of complaint to EA Headquarters via their website a week ago and have heard NOTHING. I will never use EA again AND especially at THIS location.
