I ask when I can expect the package..."not sure". I will NEVER order online again. The store is disgusting, with clearance racks and the store is filthy. Guess I will no longer be a Belk customer.

They are out of South Africa not even a Us location. I will never ever order purchase or recommend this store to anyone. 1st time and last time I ever purchase anything from this place. Order a gift for my daughter on 11/28 & 7 days later it still has not arrived. When I checked the tracking it came to Florida then went to Ga now I live in Florida so that makes no sense. Customer service is terrible couldn’t tell me why the order is late now they want to reship the order telling me it will take 10 days to arrive that a total of 17 days for an order Absolutely ridiculous. Customer service doesn’t care and not interested in resolving your issue
