  Not local. Live states away. Ordered for a birthday gift for my aunt. Came with no custom card that I paid for. Flowers looked wilted. Only got a couple email responses but no resolve or compensation. Please do yourself a favor and read the reviews and do not by all means purchase anything from here. $100+ dollars wasted. Reporting to BBB. They have got to shut this location down. I don’t care if it was one thing missing it’s not right.

  We received our arrangement and it looked fine. The person who sent it said that’s not what it should have came in. They ordered a special set up. When they called the store to see what happened, they were met with terrible customer service. If I can advise, find another gift for your loved one and don’t support this store.

  Drove 15 minutes to go redeem a coupon for a free item that I just got in my email on Tuesday and was told it was expired and they would not honor it, even though there is no expiration date on it and I just got the email that shows there is no expiration date. Guy was rude about and refused to do anything other than tell us no. Will no longer be giving them our money. Horrible customer service

  This is not what I remember edible arrangements being. Strawberry was borderline rotten, chocolate tasted as if it was mixed in with some chemicals, venue was piping hot. You can’t charge a premium and offer subpar products. Please let me know if your location has improved on its quality. By far the worst edible arrangement location I’ve been to.
