- THT HJul 19, 20251.0I rarely shop at Bealls; however when in a Bealls plaza I usually take a peak. I tried this store this morning in order to pick up a bedding item. Bealls has great prices on Bamboo bedding in comparison to other stores. I figured I would stroll the store to identify any other reasonably priced items. However, during my entire time in the store while attempting to shop all I can hear is two cashiers discussing a customer in a negative manner. That was a turn off for me. While I did purchase the bamboo bedding this time, I will never shop this location again. As a customer, I wouldn’t want to spend my money in any store where staff openly discuss paying customers in a negative manner.Thats not good customer service . Customer service training needed.
