- PFPatrick Forseth6 days ago1.0The cashier accidentally scanned an item already on the counter in addition to our order. I drove back after realizing it. They denied me any kind of help because I was missing part of the receipt. Fair. I drove home and back. Then, the cashier very rudely told me to get lost. I explained that the cashier scanned something that we didn’t bring to the counter and charged me. She was insanely rude. I asked for a manager in which she refused saying that the manager will just agree with her because it’s impossible to issue refunds. I demanded and the manager came and issued a refund. What an absolute chore to shop at this place with zero respect for their customers keeping them open. I see why they have 2 stars.

- JJJillianMar 23, 20241.0ZERO STARS HERE! "There's no button for that on the computer" the lady cashier said. Couldn't get the manager to help, but wanted to over charge us for a sweatshirt anyway. The tags were clearly priced differently for the same exact items but different sizes, and rung up both at 39.99, yet the sign stated they're $10 off. The price tag is $32.99, so it should have cost $22.99. Simple math right! But she can't override their computer and wanted me to pay full price anyway regardless of their errors & poor customer service. Rude lady! I could tell the young guy working the cash register knew it was wrong and appeared embarrassed & the lady was acting dumb or just is. They obviously don't care about quality service, morals or values, we left and went to a different store in Treasure Island with the accurate pricing & better service.
