  I shop here often and want to share my observations. The customer service is really….inconsistent. Associates range from either insanely friendly to downright rude & insolent teens, and they either fully ignore customers or are super aggressive and borderline profiling (IYKYK). Choose your sales associate wisely. The merchandise seems to be several seasons behind and really varies. Don’t expect to find any of RL’s purple label luxury collection or RL.com upscale polo brand items. Sizes aren’t plentiful which is surprising since the merchandise isn’t seriously marked down as one would expect to see at an outlet. There are sales but most of the merchandise is priced at retail. Make sure to ask about their customer rewards program to get access to the promotional discounts. The associates may gatekeep this information because they want you to pay the retail prices, which is crazy for merchandise several seasons old. The fitting rooms are not tidy or sanitized. I won’t go into detail about my experiences but avoid touching doorknobs and use hand sanitizer when done. Keep these tips in mind to manage your expectations when visiting this location.   4/4/26 Asad was literally the best employee I encountered with at this store. All employees walked all over me on the sales floor. He asked did anyone help me on the floor, I said no and he instantly apologized. It was not his fault as he made up for the poor customer service on the sales floor. Thank you Asad for your smile and outstanding customer service.

  I was in here today and I had a Spanish lady try and help me I was looking for a black fleece jogger set was going buy but had a bad experience. I was standing there looking through the sizes another Spanish lady walks up and the one standing with me says something in Spanish the other one looks at me laughs and walks away while the other has her back turned and completely stopped acknowledging me. Idk what that was about but it made me super uncomfortable. Probably won’t be back to this store. I only ever shopped here cause I like June. And Michael helped me out today and apologize for my experience with the other ladies. Y’all need to get it together in here. Y’all just hire anyone is see.
