  I had an amazing experience shopping at Marc Jacobs, all thanks to Camren Bates. From the moment my daughter and I walked in, she made us feel incredibly welcome and at ease. She super friendly, but she was also very informative, taking the time to help my daughter find the perfect birthday gift.

  I cannot say enough positive feedback about my experience in this location. I stopped in on a Friday afternoon to browse before making a purchase on Saturday. I spent time talking with the manager, forgive me I am so bad with remembering names. I believe her name is Alyssa. She was absolutely amazing. Genuine conversation both sales and casual. Made me feel at ease. This translates to her associates, as the next day went back with my friend who needed way more time deciding and the associates working that morning were amazing. Same ease, so genuine. We finally both made our purchases later in the day for new purses and little wallets. Bonus we were able to get matching bracelets and so thankful for all the help of the staff. Very thankful for your time and generosity. Also the personal touch of offering little water bottles for us while we were shopping. Top notch.

  Payton was so amazing in finding the exact bag i was looking for! not only did she find me the perfect bag, but she also checked in with me after to see if i had any questions or concerns about the bag. awesome service.
