- ZZZeeNov 18, 20252.0The younger mixed girl working the register was extremely rude while checking us out on Nov 17. We literally had just had someone pass in our family that same exact morning and thought that getting out the house would do us some good. I love American eagle as a brand, so for her to be rude when checking us out was unacceptable, I ALMOST TOLD HER TO REFUND EVERYTHING! It’s a shame that customer service doesn’t matter in these simple stores but at the same time time that’s what happens when you hire entitled children to work. 😥😒
