  JR Dunn really puts customers first! I was going to take my engagement ring for re plating to JMR, but JR Dunn charges the same price and is closer to home. I spoke with Jessica at first she told me that it would take one week and I said in that case I’d rather drive farther away and go to JMR due to same day and then she said you know what we’ll do at the same day and will give you a gift card to lunch while you wait. The store is lovely! I really enjoyed my experience, and my engagement ring looks brand new now! I really enjoyed getting to know Harvey as well. What a lovely experience.

  Abel Herrera provided amazing follow-up from start to finish and handled every step of the process with true professionalism. He was always attentive, responsive, and made sure nothing was overlooked.   I want to update my experience with JR Dunn Jewelers and give credit where it’s due. After some earlier frustration, I decided to visit the store again in person, and I’m very glad I did. I had the opportunity to sit down with the owner Sean Dunn and manager Andrew Lefton for nearly an hour, where they took the time to clearly explain how allocations work, which models are more attainable than others, and what can realistically be expected. The conversation was transparent, respectful, and informative, and I truly appreciated the effort they both made to address my concerns directly. Andrew was super kind to give me a tour of the newly renovated showroom — it is absolutely beautiful, modern, and tastefully designed. You can immediately see the level of care and pride that goes into the JR Dunn brand. Most importantly, I left feeling heard, respected, and optimistic about moving forward. Thank you to the JR Dunn team for taking the time to meet with me and for handling the situation professionally.
