- GHGrace HarperNov 15, 20251.0Stopped by the Leesburg store to look around as I liked a few items the last time I went in and was immediately stopped by the employee saying I couldn’t bring the cart into the store. Mind you I have an infant who can’t walk for himself yet so I asked well do you have your own carts then since this was a random one from the parking lot she said no we don’t allow carts because they don’t fit everywhere. So how do you expect parents to shop with younger children? I even stated I planned on just shopping around the store not in all the mid section that looked to be smaller. Will likely not be returning as it is not welcoming to parents of younger children who cannot walk unless you want to throw your kid into their baskets that have wheels.
- LELotishia EdwardsSep 28, 20251.0If I could give this Citi Trends on 14th Street in Leesburg ZERO stars, I would. I went in to shop and asked a worker if I could use the changing room. She flat out said, “It’s locked.” When I asked if she could get the key to open it (like they normally do), her nasty response was, “I said it’s locked,” with the worst attitude. Instead of helping, she walked off running her mouth and being completely unprofessional. What made it worse is that when I complained to the manager, NOTHING was done. The manager stood by and allowed the disrespectful behavior like it was normal. This store clearly doesn’t care about customer service, and the employees make it obvious. The rudeness, the attitude, the lack of professionalism, and management doing absolutely nothing about it is beyond unacceptable. I will never spend another dollar here, and I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this location. Citi Trends should be embarrassed to have people like this representing their brand.

I actually enjoyed myself, the merchandise is very nice and they have great selections. What really won me over was the customer service and conversation, it was 🎯‼️🎯 I'll definitely patronize this Citi Trends. Thanks Again for your service🛍
