She had an item and she needed to find out the price. “””The person that doesn’t need to be employed”” He said “mam” look at your phone. She expressed, I do not have a smart phone and he mumbled under his breath! I feel that this is horrible customer service to a lady that is 70 years old! When you walk into a Belk in Greenville, SC you are treated like you are special. This NEEDS to be addressed!
