  WORST shopping experience of my entire life. Yes we came in at 7:15 when they close at 8, my step mom and I were looking quickly for dresses for my brothers wedding. DONNA was so extremely nasty to us. I have never experienced anything like that before. The way she spoke to us was seriously absurd and horrific. I could never even dream of treating another human being like that. Maybe don’t work in customer service if you’re going to act that! By the time we WALKED out of the store it was 7:58, my receipt saying 7:57 :) She also was so angry about us having more than 6 things in the dressing room, maybe we would have known if a single soul would have greeted us or helped us at ALL but our whole experience not one person came up to us, except for the end when we had our fun little interaction with Donna. It really stinks because my family just spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars there last week and they have the cutest things but now none of us will ever be stepping foot back in that store. I am the most patient, understanding person ever, I am not confrontational at all. So the fact that I am writing a review says a lot (my first review by the way). My second job is in customer service and if we have a customer come in at 9:15pm when we close at 9pm, we will take care of them until 10:30 pm with a smile on our faces. That’s what you do when you work in customer service! Instead of the cruel, spiteful, bitter, mean spirited service we experienced. Maybe take some time to do some self reflection about how to treat other human beings. I’ll pray for you that God heals your heart!

  The Belk store at Land O' Lakes, FL. use to be so beautiful & prestigous. I visited the store last week & it made me sick to see how it has went down! So sad to see this store look as it does! Never going back again, just close it up. The women's dept. is the worst. I use to spend hours & lots of $$ in this store when it was under Belks. Close it! Horrible dissapointment!!

  Will never go there again. They deserve no stars. Went there to look around since it was 60% off. Found slip on shoes/ sandals. Got to the register and did not ring up 60% off. I was told those shoes weren't included in the 60% off. I found them on one of the many racks with a sign showing 60% off. The woman went to the racks and said there were no others there like those and they weren't 60% off. The paper I got when I entered the store said all shoes 60% off!!!!!! I left the shoes and walked out. If you do shop there make sure everything rings up as it should. They lie and try to take advantage of people!!!!!!!!!
