- CKCourtney KApr 22, 20261.0I have been shopping at this location for at least 12 years, and the service is wildly inconsistent depending on who is working. Some employees are excellent, especially on the evening shift, and actually help with bra shopping. Others make you feel like an inconvenience. Today, no one offered to help with bra fittings. After my return, the employee who assisted me was patient enough with that transaction, then disappeared to the stockroom, leaving me to search on my own. When I finally got to the register, I was helped by someone I believe was the manager, and her attitude was cold, rushed, and dismissive from the start. She would not check in the back for more bras in my size, rushed me through ordering two bras online, and seemed irritated that I also needed to order tank tops that were unavailable in store. She even tossed my items into the bag. Customer service was completely lacking. I left feeling dismissed, disrespected, and honestly close to tears. I came in as a longtime customer and was treated like I was a problem to deal with. That is unacceptable.

Also when I called prior to going, and spoke to Kiya about my issue, she was very professional and explained the return process and to come in. Her coworker did not have an inviting approach. I felt I was inconveniencing the coworker. However she did assist me. Both assisted me, so I give it a 4 for areas of improvement.
