  Customer service is fantastic. Kayla (Manager) an both Jeremiah and Jose (Associates) were very helpful in assisting us with some items that were incorrectly priced and without any hesitation our transaction was corrected. They were friendly as well and above all extremely professional 👏 Huge shout out to all three and we will see you again soon as JC Penny happens to be one of our favorite stores!

  I hadn’t been in Penney’s in years until yesterday. My mom wanted to look for an Easter dress for church. We got there as they were opening. The employees were welcoming. My mom found a good selection of dresses to pick from. I used to app to scan the dress and got an additional 30% off. The line at the checkout was backed up a bit when we got to it. The cashier called for backup and we were taken care of quickly. Kayla was our cashier and she was kind and made us feel like a friend instead of just a customer. Great experience and we will visit again soon.

  I have always preferred going to a JC Penney salon over any other.. but to walk into this one in the Lakeland Mall, on numerous occasions, and find that all the other stylists just walked out and left one person to handle the entire place by herself.. well that's very unprofessional! They left her with no clean towels, she hadn't taken her break and had nothing to eat amd left her totally overbooked to cover THEIR clients! Whats up with that?!! Its apparent they have zero respect for each other as coworkers, somethings not right. Made me really think about even coming back here again.. I just found someone that I trust with my hair and she's probably going to be gone after what happened today, and I don't blame her! The other stylists that walked out on her should be ashamed and Penneys needs to condemn them for their actions.

  JCPenney has been a store I've always shopped at. It has much of what you're looking for. A lot of the time they dont put out the clearance signs on the regular shelf or mark the newly clearance items. So, be sure to ask the associate if those items are on sale as they aren't correctly displayed.

  That woman Michelle was so rude and had horrible cust service. I asked her a simple question and her response was to dismiss me. She then pretended to receive a call on her walkie and then after asking several times, did someone call me and receiving no response from another other associates, she preceded to tell me that she was needed. If this is the way JCP sales associates are, then this country has gone the way of the dogs. The HR personel ,Riley however was a breath of fresh air after this horrible woman. The one star is for her being able to help me after literally one simple question. Thanks Riley!
