Called a couple days later, told Nancy I was gonna try a couple things to get rid of the smell. She told me to let her know. A week later I stopped in the store, picked out 2 more chairs and because they were delivering near me, they switched out the chairs for me!!! (She had also offered me a refund or a store credit) This would be my 3rd time purchasing here. Will def go again!
