- DDDanielSep 21, 20251.0Update* Warranty is an Absolute scam! I wouldn’t purchase the warranty! I’ve been to 10 stores sunglasses hut that is! Across three different states. I came to this one last and they told me that I could choose any sunglasses. I just would have to pay the difference. Because they checked and there’s no inventory in the country for that exact pair. I know it’s in-store only. But when I went to this location after they told me to pick that pair. The lady refused to sell them to me because the price popped up as like $59 or something. Even with the warranty. She refused to sell them to me, because she said they were too cheap. Her words not mine. Searra is her name. She had me standing around for 25-35 minutes before she told me that she wouldn’t sell them to me. I have genuinely bought about 20-30 pairs of sunglasses from sunglasses hut. Oh, and I’ve tried to reach out to them to settle this, with no response. That is called consumer fraud. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. As well as consumer affairs. Not only have, I’ve been wasting hours of my time just to locate a pair of sunglasses, but I’m out the warranty money as well. They won’t even sell it to me. Even though I still have like four months left on the warranty. Update - I ended up going to the next sunglasses hut that I could find. I found the same pair of sunglasses they wouldn’t sell me at this location. Didn’t even mention this encounter. The lady there didn’t even question the price and sold them to me right away. I won’t be going back to this location.
- BMBill MoffattMay 24, 20225.0I purchased a set of RayBan Aluminum Clubmasters from this store nearly 5 years ago. I wear them daily and love them. Today, while getting into my car one of the lenses unexpectedly popped out. I returned to the store prepared to purchase a new set however, the store manager German Rosario took a look at them and said I got ya, I can take care of this. Not even 5 minutes later, not only did he repair them, but he cleaned them as well and they look and feel like new. He didnt even charge me for this. Sunglass Hut as far as I am concerned sets the bar for customer service. Mr. Rosario went above and beyond an I am most grateful. Thank you so much!
