  Gianna the manager was amazing!!! I went to two other stores and they were extremely rude and didn't want to help me with a return. She went above and beyond to help me out. Forever grateful for her, this location is blessed to have someone as kind and helpful as her.

  The young lady was very helpful and patient with us while we browsed around. Wasn’t expecting to get another pair of shades. Very happy with em though. Nice pair of blue lensed Oakley shades.

  Update* Warranty is an Absolute scam! I wouldn’t purchase the warranty! I’ve been to 10 stores sunglasses hut that is! Across three different states. I came to this one last and they told me that I could choose any sunglasses. I just would have to pay the difference. Because they checked and there’s no inventory in the country for that exact pair. I know it’s in-store only. But when I went to this location after they told me to pick that pair. The lady refused to sell them to me because the price popped up as like $59 or something. Even with the warranty. She refused to sell them to me, because she said they were too cheap. Her words not mine. Searra is her name. She had me standing around for 25-35 minutes before she told me that she wouldn’t sell them to me. I have genuinely bought about 20-30 pairs of sunglasses from sunglasses hut. Oh, and I’ve tried to reach out to them to settle this, with no response. That is called consumer fraud. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. As well as consumer affairs. Not only have, I’ve been wasting hours of my time just to locate a pair of sunglasses, but I’m out the warranty money as well. They won’t even sell it to me. Even though I still have like four months left on the warranty. Update - I ended up going to the next sunglasses hut that I could find. I found the same pair of sunglasses they wouldn’t sell me at this location. Didn’t even mention this encounter. The lady there didn’t even question the price and sold them to me right away. I won’t be going back to this location.

  Store was sparkling clean! Ryan was great and helped me my with sizing my glasses and even helped with advice on how to keep them clean. Ryan was friendly, professional and helpful! Definitely recommend!

  This store had nothing in stock, I chose from 5 pairs that all had to be ordered and were not in stock for awhile. As well the sales rep cared more about making sure the kids in the store didn’t steal rather than try to sell me a product I wanted and liked instead kept telling me everything looked good on me just to make the sale. Great products just very poor service representatives and stock.
