- BFBarbara ForsythJan 5, 20265.0Was at the store today and found a cover up garment in size medium. I needed it in size small and could not locate it on any of the racks. I went looking for assistance and met Dee. He checked his scanner and saw that there was one in the store. We continued the search but did not find it. I left the area and went searching for shoes. About 20 minutes later Dee found me with the garment in his hands. Unbeknownst to me Dee continue the search for my garment. I was surprised and appreciative. Couldn’t believe that he did this. His act really stunned me and for this I consider Dee and exceptional employee.

They refused to exchange sizes even with all tags on the clothing. We could confirm purchase dates and credit card used, but they simply refused a swap without having the original purchaser bring in their physical credit card! No customer service, very unfriendly, stay away from holiday shopping for gifts here!
