Also when I called prior to going, and spoke to Kiya about my issue, she was very professional and explained the return process and to come in. Her coworker did not have an inviting approach. I felt I was inconveniencing the coworker. However she did assist me. Both assisted me, so I give it a 4 for areas of improvement.

No one ever helped me while O was on the floor looking through styles. I went to the dressing room and found one myself that was open as the workers talked to each other. They came in to get a dressing room for a different customer. Realized I was in the room they were going to open and still didn’t ask if I needed any help. I went to check out with four pants in my arms. The customer in front of me had a large order and was still deciding on what she wanted as she was seeing the prices. I tried to ask if the other worker could check me out. And I didn’t get acknowledged so I set my $200 order on the side table and left.
