- SRStacy RichardsonSep 15, 20241.0This store has really become a disappointment to me..I go in to shop cashier at the door front smoking in which was kinda bothering but I went in anyway..had to greet the other associate because she was so busy on her phone...as ppl begin to walk in greet them good morning they never looked up from their phones and yes by this time BOTH were looking in the phone one was still talking on her phone.. So I came to the counter with my purchase she finally looked up and saw me but at least she smiled...I politely returned my item to the rack and walked out...I do understand social media is a popular trend and our family and friends play a big part of our lives but when you have closed in to work you are paid to attend the customers...lunch and break is for other entertainment..And the Leader can't be an example of lead by example if she's doing the same type of poor customer service as the casier...just my opinion DO BETTER
