  NEEDS A ZERO STORE! Very disappointed in the staff at this store! My son traded a limited pin! He decided he didn’t want to trade and one of the 3 employees who worked there took it and would not give it back to him after he had only walked away for a few seconds. So instead of being a magical place for him it was a very upsetting experience. WAY FOR THE CAST MEMBERS TO BREAK A KIDS HEART! So for the employees that worked today at 4:20 PM and encouraged a trade that wasn’t fair and got that Simba conservation pin shame on you! You aren’t a magical cast member at all! What a way to RUIN his first Disney trip!

  Moana Mercantile is a nice little shop located on the second floor of the Polynesian resort at Disney World. It's the perfect place to find snacks. They have a variety of snacks and drinks like water, soda, beer, wine, etc. I was happy to find cups of Easy Mac for sale because my daughter is so picky so if all else fails she can eat Macaroni since we do have a microwave located in our room. They also have lots of Disney character toys, backpacks, tumblers, and some cute Disney apparel. Also lots of other trinkets like key chains and such that would make for great souvenirs.

  I love moana. Wish there was more moana merchendise here. I cant wait for the moana ride opening soon! Its time to restore the heart of te fiti !!!! I bought the cute corral color crop sweatshirt, a moana disney pin and hawaiian cookie company cookies. The small selection of moana was all cute and I loved it all. The polynesian village atmosphere is great!!!! I felt like I was on island old school. Lovely flowers. They gave us leis so Many people in passing in disney said aloha to me. Its an experience. Details are heightened.

  Nice little gift shop on the 2nd story of the Polynesian Resort. We went to the grocery area for a quick snack and everything was well stocked, clean, and the cashiers were friendly. Prices were high but that's expected with Disney.
