- SSSammyNov 12, 20252.0Steve the older gentleman cashier, should find a different job since he doesn’t care about serving customers. He literally humiliated my wife in front of me as I sit in a wheelchair, on my little boys birthday. After he humiliated her, and she walks away he says “I don’t care anyway”. which is highly unbecoming of a cast member at the happiest place on earth. Such a disgusting attitude shouldn’t be tolerated. Needless to say he should fix it somewhere else.

There was a time when he was off the phone and I stood in front of him and he refused to even acknowledge my presence. Just kept looking at his screen and didnt even bother to say hi. Worst staff ever
- SFS ForrestJan 27, 20214.0Inside Hollywood Studios there park just off the main entry strip. They have a variety of merch, collectibles and souvenirs. My personal fave is the kitchen stuff, really love the classic Minnie red and white polka dot apron. They have items from all over the park at this one location so you can hit this place on your way out and not have to carry everything around. They can also do front of the park delivery, but keep in mind that takes time, so do it early so it arrives before you get done for the day. There is plenty of staff around and they are friendly. Great place to grab souvenirs from your visit. Don't forget a frame for your fave pictures!! Overall: A Solid merch shop with a variety of options for take home goodies.
