Freaking loved this store! So much in it! I kept going back for more. The only thing that bothered me was one of the drinks had a warning label of lead. We threw that out. Everything else was cool! Taste good! I love Asian kitchenware and utensils. I could feel Japan through it unlike other countries that lacked what the country was about

I was in Epcot today in Florida for vacation when to Japan. Have $200 in cash to buy some Pokémon cards. Was toId I could only buy 2 pack per paying custom. I think I was a bunch of bs. Don’t suggest buying Pokémon cards or and trading card in Epcot. If I could give this review lower I would but can’t

Probably the last pavilion store at Epcot with any bit of actual, authentic character left. Disney can suck a penny through a coffee stirrer, but they haven't yet completely destroyed the Japan Pavilion by turning it into a tacky, overpriced gift shop full of nothing but cheap Mulan costumes and... oh, that's why.

Always a great time visiting Mitsukoshi store! The employees are very friendly, and the selection is amazing. On a recent trip, I admired how much Godzilla merchandise they had for sale, very fun! A must-visit in EPCOT.

Horrible customer service. It was my son’s birthday and he wanted me to get him some things. He collects Pokémon cards and wanted the Godzilla cards so we wanted them put aside because we weren’t done shopping he wanted to get a Godzilla figurine but the girl didn’t want to put aside the cards saying that she can’t hold anything that I had to pay for it first. I was not asking her to hold it for a half hour I just wanted to buy more stuff for my son after that ordeal I almost walked away from the whole thing and really didn’t want to buy anything because of that but it was my sons birthday and I didn’t want to disappoint him. So I only got him the cards if she didn’t act the way she did I would have bought so much more but because of that I wasn’t interested. Do better with your staff and your customer service rules because they suck.
