Disney can suck a penny through a coffee stirrer, but they haven't yet completely destroyed the Japan Pavilion by turning it into a tacky, overpriced gift shop full of nothing but cheap Mulan costumes and... oh, that's why.

He collects Pokémon cards and wanted the Godzilla cards so we wanted them put aside because we weren’t done shopping he wanted to get a Godzilla figurine but the girl didn’t want to put aside the cards saying that she can’t hold anything that I had to pay for it first. I was not asking her to hold it for a half hour I just wanted to buy more stuff for my son after that ordeal I almost walked away from the whole thing and really didn’t want to buy anything because of that but it was my sons birthday and I didn’t want to disappoint him. So I only got him the cards if she didn’t act the way she did I would have bought so much more but because of that I wasn’t interested. Do better with your staff and your customer service rules because they suck.
