  The man that was working at the register at 11:35 AM on January 2 either needs to be fired or take another class on customer service. INCREDIBLY condescending to my mother and I. Blatantly rude. My mother was taken aback. We have been shopping at Lulu for years and have never experienced service like this. A disgrace to the company and I will never come back to this location again in fear of him being there. Was loud with his critiques as well and my mother felt humiliated with the way other guests were staring.

  Leaving a 4 star review because I’ve enjoyed visiting and purchasing from this store regularly since they have been open. Yet, my experience this evening was shocking. As I was at the register I included my phone number and as back up showed my military ID. (I always show it). The cashier said that the service member has to be here for the purchase. Excuse me? My husband served over 20 years in the Army. He passed away 2020. I have never experienced such embarrassment. I have an account with lululemon and always show my ID. Unacceptable.

  I work in the fitness industry and Lululemon is my go to place for workout clothes. I appreciated the two guys who helped me search for sizes of items I was looking for. But the people working in the register were not friendly. I asked for a gift receipt and person still forgot. But the main points were no friendly greetings, no smiles, and not even a thank you. This was definitely the least friendly Lululemon store I’ve visited, at least this afternoon of December 23. But hopefully it’s because it’s Christmas time although the line and the store did not super busy. I often give positive reviews, but wanted to give a feedback as I love Lululemon and is a great brand.

  Horrific customer service - purchase an item with no issues, the salesman was amazing. Went back through the line to get my son a pair of pants and told the cashier that I had a healthcare discount, no less than three times, she rang in the order which had to be ordered online and shipped to my house and did not apply my discount. Told me there was nothing she could do and got her manager, her manager came over and shrugged her shoulders and said well you’ll have to call Customer Service and deal with it yourself. There’s nothing we can do. Cashier admitted it was her fault, but manager could’ve cared less. Then spoke with Crystal at the customer service department on the card that the manager at the store had given me Crystal could not have been more bored or useless. She again went on to say how wasn’t their problem and the best they could do was refund me which would take 7 to 10 days or send the product and they’ll issue a credit for the discount, which could take an additional 7 to 10 days after the item has shipped. I had no care or concern for the hassle and didn’t seem to think it was a big deal that the customer had to jump through all the hoops to try to get the problem that the store caused fixed. Asked to speak to a manager and was told that they were not available, which was pretty convenient. Definitely Wants to make me return the $400 worth of merchandise I just purchased and never do business with them again
