  Michael Z is a very rude employee. He was talking with a personal friend while i was trying to check out. No acknowledgement of me even standing there. The only words he spoke to me was the total. Very negative experience because of him.

  Gateway Gifts at EPCOT is truly magical! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the friendliest and most accommodating team. Nico, the manager, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our Disney trip feel extra special. Their kindness, energy, and exceptional customer service made us feel like VIPs, and they were always ready with a smile to help in any way they could. It’s rare to experience such genuine hospitality, but Gateway Gifts made it happen! Disney magic is real, and it shines brightest at Gateway Gifts. Huge thanks to Nico and the incredible team for making our visit unforgettable – you all deserve major recognition for your outstanding work!

  Small, a bit outdated, but the cast members are always doing fun activities with kids or pin trading because it's not too busy.
