  Armando and Ryan Todd were rude and unprofessional. Definitely not great Disney representatives. Armando for being a so called store manager was poorly dressed and horribly groomed employee. He didn’t have a great appearance when we he approached us to discuss miss priced and misleading item. When we asked for the store phone number he got upset told us there wasn’t a phone number. He walk away from us and went into the back room. He clearly did not to be helpful. We live nearby and frequent Disney Springs and never have been treated with such disrespect.

  DisneyStyle is classified as a boutique, but it’s more like a clothing store selling Disney clothing merch at Disney Springs. It’s near the fountain by the Orange Garage and the Starbucks. DisneyStyle is more of a boutique because they don’t sell the lower end BOGO type shirts here. They sell spirit jerseys, $35+ t-shirts, mouse ears, leather jackets, and backpacks. $140 leather isn’t shocking here. These are your more modern pieces rather than just t-shirts and shorts; these clothes would be great for a birthday party or theme park night where you want your picture taken becauee you know you look great. It’s a fun store if you’re looking for nice Disney-themed clothes for more of a special occasion than a Wal-mart grocery run. It’s always super clean, the Cast Members are friendly and helpful, and the have nice dressing rooms. That’s a win win!

  always a great store to run into and check out all their cute nice and new items when stopping and shopping in disney springs. the items are cute and are nice

  I had a really disappointing experience at this store. My mom absolutely loved a sweater that was on a mannequin, so we asked an associate if we could buy it. She told us it was the only one left and that items on mannequins couldn’t be sold because they were considered damaged — which we completely understood, so we left. Later, something told me to go back, and sure enough, the sweater was no longer on the mannequin but hanging on the rack for sale. When we asked another associate for help and to speak with a manager, we were told that all managers were busy. We explained what had happened earlier, but the associate didn’t seem to care or want to help. It was such an unfortunate experience, especially seeing how excited my mom was about that sweater. After this, I honestly don’t think I’ll be returning to this store.
