Staff—and the manager (Lauren/Laurel?)—were unable to explain a promotion, directed us to read signs ourselves, and gave conflicting instructions about checkout and personalization. With only one cashier working, we were repeatedly told to leave lines and then rejoin longer ones, with no support or solutions offered. After 30 - 45 minutes of zero customer service and an increasingly irritated toddler, we walked out without purchasing anything. This was our first Disney trip with our son, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. Disney can—and should—do better.
