- BCBen CrandallFeb 24, 20265.0This was one of our must do attractions at Disney Springs. There is always a line out the door but it circulates quickly. We didn’t the build your own Lego character. Not a bad activity for $11. The store can get a little chaotic but it’s to be expected. I was able to get my Lego passport stamped here.

Das Merchandising ist gewaltig und die Detailverliebtheit der ausgestellten Figuren (besonders die Disney-Szenen aus Stein) ist der Wahnsinn. Her energy and willingness to assist made me feel like I was the only customer and the first one of the day. She took the time to explain how the process worked, and then went out of her way to find purple pants and blue pants to match my mini figs. Thank you for your help!
- CEChelsy EcklundFeb 16, 20265.0On Friday, 02/13/2026, I experienced a medical episode in the LEGO store related to my condition, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). I approached Liz at the exit of the store and asked if I could sit down in the chair near her for a moment until the episode passed. From that moment on, she never stopped caring. While my memory of the night is hazy due to fainting, my family has not stopped talking about how incredible Liz was. She checked on me repeatedly, brought me a Gatorade and even a straw so I could drink safely, and stayed calm and attentive the entire time. She helped guide my family on where to park, explained how to get a wheelchair, and made sure we knew how to bring the car around. She also thoughtfully offered to call for medics, ensuring my safety was the top priority. In what could have been a very overwhelming and frightening moment, Liz brought comfort, compassion, and professionalism. She treated me with dignity and genuine care, and that meant more than I can put into words. Liz, thank you for everything you did that night. You made a hard moment so much easier, and I will never forget your kindness. You truly are an angel.
- VKV KellyFeb 12, 20265.0We visited this store on a weekday about 12:15. It was pretty busy, enough that they had a line at the entrance and they let you in as people left. There was a big selection of Lego kits and there were stations set up with small Lego parts that you could put together yourself. Most kits were priced but some weren’t. I checked the pricing on one kit with one I’d bought at Sam’s Wholesale and it was the same price!

How do I sign up for the LEGO VIP Program?
If you drop by one of our awesome LEGO® Stores, you can become a LEGO® VIP member right there and then. Just ask one of our Brick Specialists to sign you up and they’ll be happy to help. After you sign up in-store, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions for completing your registration. After your registration is complete, you’ll receive an email with a link to your new digital card. LEGO VIP Points can be earned on purchases from LEGO stores and from our online shop.
How do I redeem my VIP Points?
Once you’ve earned points, visit your VIP account on LEGO.com where you can choose to redeem a voucher for either online or in-store shopping!
Do you price match other retailers?
We strive to offer fair and consistent pricing in our stores and online. We can’t price match, however, as Stores and the LEGO® Shop sometimes run different promotions and discounts. Happy shopping!
What do I do if my set is missing a piece or if I lost a piece?
You can visit our store to see if your missing piece is available to buy from Pick-A-Brick wall. Or, request a free replacement piece to be shipped straight to your door by visiting LEGO.com and navigating to 'Help' and then 'Replacement Parts'.
How much does it cost to visit at LEGO store?
All of our LEGO Stores are free to enter.
Can I buy individual bricks?
If you want to buy individual pieces to build something unique, check out our Pick-a-Brick wall! Each store has something different, and the bricks change all the time! We hope you’ll stop by soon to see what’s new!

Can I return a LEGO set I ordered online to a LEGO Store?
If the total value of the unopened set is under $200, you can return your unopened LEGO set to any of our LEGO Brand Retail stores with your original shipping confirmation email or receipt dated within 90 days, and we'll give you a full refund in form of store credit or a gift card. If your unopened set is over $200, simply return your unopened LEGO set to the address listed on your packing slip.
