  I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves one. Coleen at the Disney Maker store in Disney Springs is truly a gem. From the moment we interacted, she treated us with so much kindness, patience, and genuine care but what really stood out was how she went above and beyond when there was a small mistake on my end. I had forgotten to apply my Disney Chase card discount, and without hesitation, she took the time to go through every single receipt and made sure everything was corrected properly. Not once did she make me feel like it was an inconvenience. And then… the real magic happened. ✨ Coleen literally “pixie dusted” our day by finding and getting the very last headband for me the pink and pearl one. It wasn’t just about the item it was about the thoughtfulness behind it. She knew how much it meant when I told her and she made it happen with such joy and care as if we knew each other for years. Because of her, what could have been a stressful moment turned into something truly magical for both me and my daughter. Cast Members like Coleen are the reason Disney feels like more than just a place they make it an experience full of heart, kindness, and unforgettable memories. Thank you, Coleen (Caribbean Queen!) for turning a simple visit into a core memory for us. You are appreciated more than you know. 💫

  Armando and Ryan Todd were rude and unprofessional. Definitely not great Disney representatives. Armando for being a so called store manager was poorly dressed and horribly groomed employee. He didn’t have a great appearance when we he approached us to discuss miss priced and misleading item. When we asked for the store phone number he got upset told us there wasn’t a phone number. He walk away from us and went into the back room. He clearly did not to be helpful. We live nearby and frequent Disney Springs and never have been treated with such disrespect.

  DisneyStyle is classified as a boutique, but it’s more like a clothing store selling Disney clothing merch at Disney Springs. It’s near the fountain by the Orange Garage and the Starbucks. DisneyStyle is more of a boutique because they don’t sell the lower end BOGO type shirts here. They sell spirit jerseys, $35+ t-shirts, mouse ears, leather jackets, and backpacks. $140 leather isn’t shocking here. These are your more modern pieces rather than just t-shirts and shorts; these clothes would be great for a birthday party or theme park night where you want your picture taken becauee you know you look great. It’s a fun store if you’re looking for nice Disney-themed clothes for more of a special occasion than a Wal-mart grocery run. It’s always super clean, the Cast Members are friendly and helpful, and the have nice dressing rooms. That’s a win win!

  always a great store to run into and check out all their cute nice and new items when stopping and shopping in disney springs. the items are cute and are nice
