    Terribly rude staff both times I visited, a year apart. I don’t know what it is about this store, but the people who work here are so unhelpful and so rude. My sister and I both had the same experience both times we went a year apart both with different people each time. Something about this store and the people they put there, they are very unhappy and very rude to customers.

    Pour les fans de Noël c'est le magasin incontournable par contre il n'y a pas de petits prix, tout est très beaux et souvent fait à la main donc il faut y mettre le prix. Il y a énormément de choix et il y en a pour tous les goûts.

    Loja especializada em artigos para decoração de casa para o Natal localizada em Disney Springs. Tem muita opção de artigos de decoração temáticos. Pena que é muito difícil levar no avião.

    We visited with our 16-month-old and limited time. Staff—and the manager (Lauren/Laurel?)—were unable to explain a promotion, directed us to read signs ourselves, and gave conflicting instructions about checkout and personalization. With only one cashier working, we were repeatedly told to leave lines and then rejoin longer ones, with no support or solutions offered. After 30 - 45 minutes of zero customer service and an increasingly irritated toddler, we walked out without purchasing anything. This was our first Disney trip with our son, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. Disney can—and should—do better.
