  This is the worst sports store i have ever seen. They never have anything in stock. I wouldn't waste my time going here ever again. Pretty pathetic.

  Ordered a shotgun online. Super easy ordering process. The day of pick up was exactly what all the other reviews describe. 1 staff member to help a bunch of people.I actually felt terrible for her. I arrived when they opened to try and avoid this and it was still terrible.

  On January 21, 2026, I purchased three boxes of CCI Blazer .380 ammo, aluminum case, at this store - $68.44. On January 28, 2026, I discovered it was faulty when fired in a Glock 42. Ammo would not cycle pistol. Cleared and fired 25 rounds before stopping. On February 7, 2026, I returned ammo, three boxes unopened, to Sportsman Warehouse for refund or exchange. I had my receipt. They refused either, said I would have to talk to manager who would be in an hour. I was traveling from Ocala to Sarasota and had an appointment to make and couldn't wait. Having no use for faulty ammo, and much to the clerk's dismay, I left the ammo and my receipt after taking a picture of it. I left my name and phone number, requesting the manager call me when he came in. That was six days ago and I have received no call.

  I’ll never shop at sportsmen’s warehouse again after the experience I had with customer service. Save yourself a whole bunch of hassle and go somewhere else. I’ve had better experiences at dollar general.

  Drove in from Ocala this past Sunday intending to purchase a new firearm. Spent well over 5 minutes at the gun counter looking for my intended purchase, and stood there for another minute or two while two associates and their manager sat/stood at the register BSing. Was never greeted at any time or asked if I needed help. Stayed in the area perusing the shelves; ammo, accessories, for another several minutes. Still no help or assistance. I did eventually see one of the associates playing around with a fishing net so at least I know he did know how to stand up and walk around. Been a rewards member and cardholder for years. Total time in store about 20 minutes. Scanned the QR code to leave a corporate review on the way out. Won’t be back.
