  Scott was very helpful for me this morning. My new Janome sewing machine was misbehaving* and he diagnosed the problem very quickly and showed me how to make sure it doesn't happen again as well as giving me a couple of other tips. Thank you also for getting my machine out of the car and putting it back since it weighs a ton to me. *It was user error.

  They should change their name to Citrus Scam and Vac. Quoted one figure for service and the cost almost doubled when picked up. No forewarning of the increase. Getting a fair shake from this business might be asking a little too much.

  Alex is a wizard with machines! Got my Janome back to purring and took the time to explain what the issue may have been to cause my issue. They have a customer for life!
