I never received the invoice or confirmation email for my online purchase, which caused some concern on my end. Since the item is a gift, I needed the receipt in case an exchange is necessary. Roger was extremely attentive, patient, and proactive in helping me resolve the issue. He contacted the support line directly and followed through until they were able to resend my invoice successfully. Thank you, Roger, for going above and beyond.

It came across pushy, as there was no consideration for whether these glasses actually matched what I was looking for. If you want a sales associate recommending literally anything just to make a sale and giving you an attitude then this is your place. We went to the Sunglass Hut at Disney Springs right after, and the experience was completely different. Their Team was genuinely helpful, listened to what we were actually looking for, and made the process easy and enjoyable. I would strongly recommend going to the Disney Springs location instead that offers a larger selection with great customer service.
