Kohls has good customer service because I want to Kohls today I also had Kohls cash $40 Explain my situation that I was sick I couldn’t go to shop and kohl’s cash was 6 days late and the Assistant store manager told me no problem she will honor it since I was sick and JCPenney’s coupon was only two days late and the manager refused it bad customer service at this location.
