  Le di 1 estrella porque no había opción de dar 0 porque el servicio al cliente es el peor que he visto. Entre a la tienda queriendo devolver una orden que hice online inmediatamente una mujer blanca con el pelo pintado de amarillo en un tono fuerte me dijo que el sistema no estaba funcionando y que no se podían hacer transacciones en efectivo, yo le dije que era una devolución con tarjeta de crédito, la otra empleada se acercó a ayudarme y la primera empleada volvió a gritarme lo mismo yo le repetí que era una devolución con tarjeta de crédito y cuando la otra empleada me estaba atendiendo ella seguía mirándome como si yo le debiera algo entonces decidí irme a otra tienda porque no soporto el racismo que fue lo que ella hizo conmigo porque ingles no es mi primera lengua. Definitivamente no vuelvo a esta tienda.

  Very clean retail space. Great return process. Frequent buyer. Love the quality of their clothes. Staff is very helpful, professional, polite & knowledgeable on all products A&E.

  The manager there talks to her staff like garbage.. in front of the customers. I brought an online order in there for return & this manager lady Heather about ripped me a new one for bringing a couple pairs of shorts back. It was a large order & I am in-between sizes. She went on and on with me for about 10 minutes while the younger lady was checking me out. The staff is always nice but I would hate to be spoken to like that at work… in front of customers. I’m a local, I’m in this store all the time. I think it needs to be looked into. I can’t imagine what these girls go through with her when they’re not in front of customers.
