  Very clean retail space. Great return process. Frequent buyer. Love the quality of their clothes. Staff is very helpful, professional, polite & knowledgeable on all products A&E.

  The manager there talks to her staff like garbage.. in front of the customers. I brought an online order in there for return & this manager lady Heather about ripped me a new one for bringing a couple pairs of shorts back. It was a large order & I am in-between sizes. She went on and on with me for about 10 minutes while the younger lady was checking me out. The staff is always nice but I would hate to be spoken to like that at work… in front of customers. I’m a local, I’m in this store all the time. I think it needs to be looked into. I can’t imagine what these girls go through with her when they’re not in front of customers.

  Really disgusted by the way I was just spoken to by one of the head managers. I just spent almost 50$ on one pair of jeans and needed to exchange. They absolutely refused to exchange because tag has been removed. I literally just bought them , have the receipt and everything. She then tried to say they were dirty and worn. They haven’t been touched! I have never been explained this policy or was aware of the change, they have exchanged for me before without a tag. Absolutely crazy! The attitude on these girls from the second I walked up with a return was crazy.
