  Great store. Had been told by another jewelry store that the wait on getting the Rolex I wanted would be 12 to 18 months. Got it here next day! Declon was great as was all the staff.

  I was absolutely delighted to work with Mariam and the team at Mayors Jacksonville! Not only was I able to find a certified preowned timepiece that I have wanted forever, but after a reasonable period of waiting, they were also able to get me into this GMT Master II. Both experiences made me feel valued and cared for. I would highly recommend this boutique for anyone in the market for a new or certified preowned watch! Thanks Mariam, Tony, & Mayors Jax! ⌚️✅

  I’ve known Mariam Malik for many years now, and she has been my trusted jewelry and timepiece advisor throughout this time. I truly regret not writing this review sooner. Mariam is exceptional when it comes to fine jewelry and luxury timepieces.   Disappointing experience from start to finish. We came in ready to purchase the Grand Seiko GMT 255 and potentially discuss getting on the list for a Land-Dweller, given that I already own a two-tone GMT-Master II. The store was moderately busy at best, with multiple sales associates clearly not engaged with customers. Despite that, we waited over 35 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. When someone finally did, they apologized and said they would send assistance… which never happened. After another 15–20 minutes of waiting, we left. We walked across the street and purchased a Speedmaster instead. The difference in service was night and day. For context, I’m a GS9 Club member and this would not have been my first Grand Seiko purchase. I typically go out of my way to visit the NYC boutique, and I already have plans to purchase a UFA and a Credor in Tokyo this summer. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Mayors to anyone who values a professional buying experience.
