  Tina made the best LV experience I ever had! She let me try on clothes and just was the best! I am stunned! A lot of products on the shelves and very unique display with products. I have to say best LV in the world!

  I went in for an exchange and I was advised that I would get a phone call when my product arrived to the store. I was also told it would be 4-6 business days. Wells it’s been 10. You can’t call the store directly and customer service is no help at all. I have a special event to attend and now I have to change my attire. It’s just the principle of it all. I have not received any confirmation or communication but they definitely don’t hesitate to take your money. This is Louis Vuitton not Walmart. The service here is not so great. It’s not like I thought it would be. I had to wait 48 hours for a manager to respond to an email. This is very unfortunate for a store if this magnitude!

  Today was my first time at a Louis Vuitton location and Tina greeted me upon entering and was very helpful showing me around all of the fragrances that they have. I had been researching about all the different male fragrances and Tina was so helpful and gave me a lot of insight into each perfume. It was an absolute pleasure talking with her about the art of perfumery and all the wonderful memories and stories that they tell. I had a wonderful time shopping at this store and will be returning real soon! I have been waiting to smell these beautiful scents for so long and it was definitely an adventure of the senses!

  My girlfriend and I came in this weekend and had an amazing experience with this store. More specifically, with Joel Sellevold. He went above and beyond during our shopping experience and made us feel very seen. Way too often, People that look different or are heavily tattooed get stigmatized and not greeted in luxury stores per sales agents tend to stereotype and think “They Can’t Afford this”. That wasn’t the case in this store and I commend Joel along with all the other females working that day. We were greeted, given options, complimented, considered, and respected during the entire process. Please keep standing out in this way. The world needs more leaders like this. Thank you so much Joel! I can’t give out awards but I hope by writing this that Louis Vuitton recognizes your store and your employees.
